Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. If you would like to cancel an order after it's placed, you may request a cancellation by emailing ironveilllc@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate but no guarantees can be made.

We are unable to combine shipping on multiple orders.
Shipping time varies based on the shipping method chosen by the customer at checkout. We currently offer USPS First Class and UPS options for domestic orders and UPS and DHL for international customers.
All orders are shipped out of Brookings, Oregon.
 
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout with the tracking information. In the case you did not receive a tracking email, please email ironveilllc@gmail.com
If your tracking states that a label has been created but no further update, this means your order is either still being processed or has yet to receive an arrival scan from the shipping carrier. This does happen on occasion and the tracking will update once the shipping carrier scans the shipment. If your tracking shows this message for over five business days, please email ironveilllc@gmail.com
Missing Package
Please be advised that once an order is received by USPS, UPS or DHL, we are no longer in control of your order and are unable to give you information other than what shows on your order's tracking page. If a package is lost during shipment, we strongly advise contacting USPS, UPS or DHL and file a claim if needed. We unfortunately are not responsible for refunding orders that are lost by USPS, UPS or DHL.
Exchanges/Returns
All sales are final, no refunds. If you need to exchange your order after it has been placed please email ironveilllc@gmail.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
